- Contact and order details: your name, email address, delivery address and order history.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
- Marketing: your email address if you join our waitlist or newsletter.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, and cookies used to run the store.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order and provide support (to perform our contract with you).
- To send marketing emails where you have signed up (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To protect and improve our store (our legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the shop: our store platform (Shopify), our payment provider, delivery carriers, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax requirements (usually up to 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or receive a copy of it. Email declanmcev@gmail.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
Our store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example to remember your basket) and, where you agree, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
