We want you to be happy with your alikeminds order. This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To be generous, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
How to return
Email us at declanmcev@gmail.com with your order number and we will give you the return address and instructions. Please keep proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For a full order cancellation this includes the standard delivery cost, in line with your legal rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong thing, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will cover return postage. Contact us and we will put it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we will help you exchange it, subject to stock.
