Welcome to alikeminds. This website and store are operated by Declan McEvoy, trading as alikeminds ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

alikeminds is a clothing brand based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at declanmcev@gmail.com.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We try to describe and price every item accurately, but errors can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and let you continue or cancel.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, and we will refund any payment taken.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and your right to return items is covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The alikeminds name, logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or were not caused by our breach.

8. Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
